Product, edition, organization, seat count, current expiry date and subscription identifier if available. An identifier is enough: passwords and account contents are unnecessary.
Renewal steps
Match the entitlement to the organization; check the current channel and change rules; prepare a quote for the new term; process renewal after payment and deliver confirmation. The supplier confirms the execution time.
Expansion and a shared renewal date
The program determines additional-seat costs and proration. Alignment to one renewal date requires supplier confirmation. A reminder is not an automatic order: the parameters are agreed separately.
Renewal, cancellation and seat reductions are agreed before ordering; deadlines depend on the program and contract. A trial is available only when the vendor confirms it.
Questions and answers
Are licenses included?
Licenses are quoted separately. The quote states engineering price, counting unit and minimum scope.
What does response time mean?
It means processing has started. Recovery depends on the cause, access and third-party provider; contractual obligations are recorded in the agreement.
Can we request an individual scope?
Yes. Specify systems, users, preferred hours and coverage. We agree the specification, acceptance procedure and additional-work pricing.
How is payment arranged?
By invoice in tenge after agreeing the quote. VAT treatment and closing documents are confirmed at contracting. The website has no online payment.
