Questions before you buy
What documents does a business receive?
A contract, invoice and e-invoice. The supply scope, license holder and delivery schedule are confirmed in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the product and is confirmed with the supplier before payment. Delivery is electronic.
Can we order setup with a license?
Yes. Licensing and implementation are quoted separately for email, backup, analytics and remote support.
Is VAT included?
The company is not a VAT payer. Published prices are VAT exempt.
How do we renew a subscription?
Provide the product, seat count and expiry date. We will check renewal terms with the supplier.
How do we order support?
Select a service and tell us about your systems and seat count. We agree on the scope, response time and price before support starts.
