Steps and timing

Confirm scope, access and acceptance criteria.
Prepare the plan, backup and maintenance window.
Complete the agreed scope using a trial configuration.
Verify the result with the designated owner.
Deliver instructions and acceptance records.

Timing depends on users, data volume and system access. Groups up to 25 users, 25–100 and over 100 require different migration plans; dates and downtime are agreed after assessment rather than inferred from mailbox count.

Deliverables

An agreed model, reports, access matrix, refresh schedule and data-owner instructions.

Engineering price

Engineering from 800,000 ₸. Licenses are charged separately. VAT exempt. Price list: 14 Oct 2026. The quote confirms the total and project minimum.

Response and warranty

Engineering runs within an agreed maintenance window. Support follows the selected plan, weekdays 09:00–18:00 Almaty time; response time is not resolution time. 24/7 P1 coverage is a separate option. Setup warranty is 30 days; agreed implementation projects have 90 days within specification scope.

Questions and answers

What should we prepare?

Provide users or servers, current systems, data volume, an owner and your preferred date. Do not submit passwords in the form.

Will there be downtime?

Migrations may require an agreed interruption. The plan includes a window, checks and rollback; zero downtime is not promised in advance.
