Pro and Premium Per User are licensed per user. Reader entitlement is checked separately from author entitlement. Microsoft Fabric capacity and user licenses must be designed together.
Renewal, cancellation and seat reductions are agreed before ordering; deadlines depend on the program and contract. A trial is available only when the vendor confirms it.
