Can we order for a company?
Yes. Provide your company name, BIN and administrator work email. The quote identifies the selected product and the required license variant.
How do we choose an edition?
Describe user count, existing systems and required functions. We check editions and supply conditions.
When will the license arrive?
The quote confirms price, SKU, edition availability and electronic delivery time. Activation follows an agreed specification and invoice payment.
Can we renew or change the seat count?
Renewal, cancellation and seat reductions are agreed before ordering; deadlines depend on the program and contract. A trial is available only when the vendor confirms it.
Is setup included in the price?
Licenses and engineering are quoted as separate items. Select implementation or support and describe your infrastructure.
Is VAT included?
Prices currently state VAT exempt. The regime is confirmed before contracting; price-list date is 14 Oct 2026.
Can an electronic license be returned?
It depends on fulfillment stage, program and contract. Agree SKU and cancellation conditions before payment; an activated subscription is not treated as an unused physical item.
