Licensing
An annual commercial subscription per user. The source supply item states 10 GB per user, 1 Year; the current storage allowance, plan name and availability are checked before ordering.
Renewal, cancellation and seat reductions are agreed before ordering; deadlines depend on the program and contract. A trial is available only when the vendor confirms it.
Price on request. VAT exempt.
Delivery and documents
The quote confirms price, SKU, edition availability and electronic delivery time. Activation follows an agreed specification and invoice payment.
You receive a contract or agreed supply terms, an invoice and organizational license evidence. Closing documents and e-invoice treatment are agreed with accounting before payment. The license remains subject to the rights holder’s terms.
Before ordering we check OS, application versions, interface language, connectivity and compatibility with your infrastructure. Current requirements are available from the vendor.
